Trading Card Game meets narrative Adventure

Paragon's Hand is a cozy card battler/RPG about rekindling friendship through competition at a mythic festival. Trade, collect, build and battle your way to victory and fix a friendship on the verge of breaking apart.

Draw your hand, play powerful action cards, and outsmart your opponent to grasp victory. Find cards throughout the world, trade with others, and build your one true deck… or fifty wildly different ones. And explore the festival, meet its people, uncover curios, and discover the world surrounding the game.

A celebration of friendship

Paragon’s Hand is a celebration of friendship, growth, and the shared act of play.

As you get to know each character’s beliefs, desires, and insecurities, you'll find that there’s no one way to play your cards, and no one way to set things right.

Our mission

About Us

Stories

We are Myriad Tales, an indie studio where we believe the best stories are the ones you get to inhabit. We strive to create narrative-driven games where your journey through the story matters as much as the destination.

Worlds

We can't have Myriad Tales without also having myriad worlds for them to exist in: Every story needs somewhere to live. We build rich, evocative worlds full of character, mystery, details worth discovering, and places we hope stay with you long after you leave them.

Dominic

Dominic is one of the co-founders of Myriad Tales and the main narrative designer in the team. With an involved background in interactive media and storytelling in video games, he brings a unique perspective on the functionality of agency and experience in stories. Beyond simply dialogue and text, this also takes the form of worldbuilding and the design of the trading card game in Paragon's Hand to bring together one whole and cohesive story.

Eva

Eva is the driving force behind a lot of the concept art in the game, and is especially involved in the entire production of the aesthetic of the main characters. Although she is still studying at the SRH University of Applied Sciences, her contribution to our team has been great and we look forward to welcoming her back to future projects when she's finished studying.
